Juan Manuel Marquez allegedly cheated pacquiao during pacquiao vs marquez 3 fight held at MGM Grand in Las Vegas on November 12,2011 ET. I just came across my friend’s facebook account where the photos of Juan Manuel Marquez being caught stepping on the foot of Manny Pacquiao many times during the fight was posted on his wall. Probably it is not intentional on the part of Marquez but to know it was repeated a number of times sounds likecheating to me.
